Dear Parents/Guardians,
Welcome to Term 4!
A special welcome to the new students and families joining our Calvary community this term. We are so glad to have you with us and look forward to partnering with you on this journey.
It is hard to believe we are already in the final term of the school year. Term 4 is always a busy and exciting time in the Junior School as we celebrate the many achievements, milestones, and memories that have shaped the year. Throughout the term, we look forward to coming together for a number of special events, including our Awards Assembly, Year 6 Affirmation, Celebration, and our final Christmas Chapel.
This year's Celebration theme, A Journey of Hope, connects beautifully with our verse for 2026 from Romans 5:3-4, which reminds us that challenges produce perseverance, perseverance develops character, and character leads to hope. As we reflect on the year that has been, we celebrate not only our students' achievements, but also the resilience, character, and hope that have been cultivated along the way. We thank God for His faithfulness and for the seeds He continues to grow in the lives of our students, often in ways we cannot yet fully see.
We are excited for the term ahead and look forward to seeing our community come together as we celebrate another blessed year.

2027 Enrolment Contracts
Thank you to the families who have already returned their signed 2027 Enrolment Contract.
If you have not yet returned your contract, please do so as soon as possible. The current deadline for submission is Friday 16 October.
Students may return signed contracts directly to the office, or parents may deliver them in person. If you are unable to locate your contract, or require another copy, please contact your campus office or email enrol@calvarycc.qld.edu.au.
Prep & Stage 1 Swimming Lessons & Swimming Carnival

Prep and Stage 1 Swimming Carnival
Following the completion of the Swimming Lessons, the Prep and Stage 1 Swimming Carnival will be held on Thursday 29 October.

Real Life Youth
Our current Year 6 students are invited to attend Real Life Youth this term at our Carbrook campus.
Youth meets every Friday night during the school term from 7–9 pm.
Please see the flyer below for details of the activities planned for Term 4.
**Please note YouthFest on Friday 9 October will be held at Gateway Baptist Victoria Point from 6.30pm-9pm.

LUSC - 5 Aside & Walking Soccer Competitions
Logan Uniting Soccer Club is hosting fun and social soccer competitions on Tuesday nights for seven weeks, from 13 October to 24 November. 5-a-side Soccer and Walking Soccer (for people aged 45 and over) are enjoyable competitions suitable for participants of all ages and skill levels.
